ABOUT THE POSITION:

The applicants we are looking for are strong, grounded, fun, and able to manage the emotional intensity that comes with working with adults who have ADHD. You have a commitment to true excellence.

You are a hard worker, energetic, tenacious, and extremely professional. You know from experience how difficult it is to get your own coaching clients and you'll commit to making sure the clients we send to you to coach are in the best hands possible.

Integrity is one of your core values and you walk your talk! We measure your success as a coach by the progress of your clients.

This is a contract position with a minimum 24 month commitment.
This is a legitimate coaching position for strong coaches. It is Not an "easy job". You will need to put in time and effort to be fully trained. Our clients are beyond Awesome, and Extraordinary; yet they're not always easy. Some of our clients become emotional during their sessions, or won't follow through on what they say they'll do. You get to be the one to love them and also kick their butts
Coaches are expected to take on a minimum of 15 one-hour clients each week after working with us for the first 3 months. We provide you with all the clients, and all of our clients have weekly 1hr coaching sessions plus short text check-ins between weekly sessions to help keep them on track.
There is a 6-8 week unpaid onboarding period before you are sent your first client, which you can complete in your own time.
Once you are coaching our clients, there will be mandatory unpaid 1-2hr weekly trainings with Company President Shanna Pearson and our Coach Mentors, in addition to any individual training the coach may require.
There is no cost to our coaches for the training. (Coaches outside our company pay $25,000/year for Shanna's training and mentoring). We do not pay you to take our free training.
Location: remote - work from your quiet home office.

All our coaches must be trainable and willing to do things differently.
This is NOT "Life Coaching". This is highly directive and implemenation-based coaching, as well as personal & professional development specifically for adults who have ADHD.

Our coaches each coach between 15-25+ clients/week.

We have a diverse team of over 25 expert coaches and we are able to match each new client with a coach who is a perfect fit for that client's particular challenges and coaching needs - ensuring a great client-coach relationship from the start!
All coaching sessions take place over the phone (or occasionally over video conference) on a high quality phone-line. If your cell phone quality on the listener's end is not crystal clear, you may need to get a land-line.

You are dedicated and passionate about helping others and truly changing lives, in a meaningful, stable, fun, well-paying, work from home position!

Our training is vigorous and our clients are brilliant, yet not always easy. You must be mentally strong, energetic, committed, and looking for a LONG-term commitment working with us.

Personal Qualities:

Assertive and Authoritative, Strong and Charismatic Personality.
High-energy and professional personality over the telephone.
Very strong work-ethic. You strive to be the Best at what you do.
Smart and Quick. Our clients are FAST and our coaches must be at least 1 step ahead.
You are highly intuitive and able to read people quickly.
Trainable and Coachable! A strong desire to Learn and Implement a highly directive coaching methodology.

Qualifications:

You are already a coach and you have been coaching professionally. You have over 2 years of experience being paid by clients to coach.
You have a minimum 5 years experience as a paid Professional working 1-on-1 with clients (does not have to be coaching).
College /University Degree.
Excellent task management and productivity skills.
You have an excellent work ethic. You are willing and able to put in the time and effort to be trained to be the best for our clients.
You "Get" / Understand people who have ADHD.
Superb ability to coach clients with deeper personal challenges. You must be able to go "deep" with our clients to overcome self-esteem issues, fears, depression, anxiety, self-sabotage, etc.
North American long distance plan on a High Quality land-line, or a crystal clear cell phone connection.
Ability to coach 50 weeks/ year. Our coaches are able to take 1 week off from coaching, two times per year. Travelling more often is fine as long as you still coach your clients.
You must be willing to be continually learning, and always wanting to improve.
***You must be looking for a LONG-term commitment working with us. We have high standards for our coaches, our training is vigorous, and our clients take patience. If this feels onerous, please do not apply.

The first two years with us are more vigorous (coaching our clients + 2hrs/week training). After your first two years working with our ADHD clients and our team, it becomes much more simple and more streamlined. You'll be used to our lovable, yet challenging clients, and immersed in powerful, meaningful, life changing, well-paying work!
